Due to the holiday and CrossFit Northeast Regional, we will be running a reduced schedule for the rest of the weekend.
Saturday8,9,10,11, intro @ noon, 1pm oly, 2pm and 3pm only. There will be no 930am or 1030am classes in orange.
Sunday9 & 10am only, No Yoga
Monday Memorial Day 9 & 10 only, no separate bootcamp class – bootcampers are welcome to take the general CrossFit class – we will help modify.
