Paleo Challenge Results

Drumroll, please… we finally have our Paleo challenge winners! Congratulations to everyone who participated in the challenge and stuck it out for the entire 6 weeks; we know it’s not always and easy task.

Choosing the winners this time around was very difficult… so much so that we had to give a tie for 2nd place! In order to win, you needed to be very well rounded, with improvements on your baseline measurements, benchmark workouts, and most importantly, log points. The winners did all of these things and had some amazing improvements as a result. Make sure you give them all a high five the next time you see them at the box. Congratulations, winners! We want to give a special shout out to Kate! She injured her wrist halfway through the challenge, so she was not able to retest any of the benchmark workouts.
