Paleo Challenge Results

Drumroll, please… our Paleo Challenge winners have been decided! First and foremost, we’d like to give a big shoutout and congratulations to everyone who took on the challenge. We know that for some of you, this was a drastic dietary and lifestyle change… definitely not an easy task! Even if you are not named an official winner, we hope you saw some improvements in your baseline measurements and performance. Congratulations to everyone, and keep up the great work!

Choosing the winners is never an easy task. In order to win, you needed to be very well rounded: we look for improvements on your baseline measurements and benchmark workouts, AND your total log points. The winners did all of these things and had some amazing improvements as a result. Make sure you give them all a high five the next time you see them at the box. Congratulations, winners! We are all very proud of you!

We saw Matt make amazing gains over the 6 week challenge. His workout times improved and it seemed like he was PRing something or doing something new in every class. His hard work certainly paid off! At the end of the challenge, Matt went home to visit his family, and when he showed up, his own mother didn’t even recognize him!

Second Place: Rosie Blumberg

We can’t wait to see where you’ll be in another 6 weeks.

Third Place: Kary LePretre

Total Log Points: 706

We could not be more happy for Kary! Getting back into the gym after having a baby can be tough. Kary (and her hubby Kevin!) made the most of each time they were able to make it to the gym and worked hard on their nutrition at home. Look at those results! We are very proud of her accomplishments and are excited to have her back.

We’d also like to give a special shout out to two other Paleo Challengers who had great, inspiring results!

James Saunders
Total Log Points: 801
Weight Loss: 12 lbs
% of Weight Loss: 5.26 %
Hips: -4 inches
Waist: -3 inches
If you know James, you know he’s a busy guy. He’s got young kids at home and travels often for work, but he did not let that stop him from adhering to the challenge. James was atop of the leaderboard in terms of log points, and his efforts certainly showed in his overall measurements. Way to go, James!

Matt Ross

Matt R Before & After
Total Log Points: 770
Weight Loss: 18 lbs
% of Weight Loss: 7.08%
Hips: -4 inches
Waist: -4 inches
Matt had the second highest total number of log points (not bad for a guy who almost didn’t do the challenge!), and we think his results speak for himself. Travel kept Matt from retesting his benchmark workouts, but we’re willing to bet he’d see some great improvements. Nice work, Matt… and congratulations on your recent engagement!

Again, a big congratulations to all of our participants and our winners! Do these results inspire you to give Paleo a try? Stop by the desk to pick up a CFS Paleo packet, or ask one of your coaches how to get started. Winners, stop by the desk to claim your prizes! And of course, keep up the good work even though the challenge is over!
