The moment you’ve all been waiting for… Paleo Challenge Results!

First and foremost, we want to congratulate everyone who participated in the challenge and stuck through it for all six weeks – it is no easy task! We saw many of you working with a new level of tenacity at the box: showing up early to hit weaknesses, staying late to mobilize, and pushing yourself just a little bit harder on the platforms. The results certainly speak for themselves! We hope that you will stick with these new healthy habits now that the challenge is over. This is just the beginning!

We were absolutely floored by the results in this challenge. We had 6 participants lose 10+ pounds over the course of six weeks. That is impressive stuff! Choosing a winner is always tough. It’s not just determined by who lost the most weight or who had the most points. To win, you needed to log consistently, have a good point total, and see consistent improvements across the board in your weight, measurements, and workouts. With so many great results this time around, we couldn’t pick a winner. For the first time ever, we decided on a three-way tie for first place!
